Position Title: Outbound Sales ManagerLocation: Fully Remote (U.S.) | Must work PST hoursCompensation: $85,000 – $115,000 base + performance growthEmployment Type: Full-timePosition Summary: A growing, nationally recognized organization is seeking a strategic and results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing outbound business development function from the ground up. This is a fully remote role responsible for owning outbound strategy, execution, and performance across a distributed team.This position will design the outbound engine end-to-end, including team structure, messaging, sequencing strategy, and technology stack, while managing an offshore SDR team and driving consistent pipeline generation. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building outbound programs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of modern B2B prospecting strategies.Key Responsibilities: Outbound Strategy & Program DevelopmentDesign and build a scalable outbound sales program, including team structure, workflows, and performance metricsDevelop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channelsDefine target account segmentation and partner with data resources to ensure high-quality lead generationCreate and refine messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling frameworksEvaluate and implement outbound tools, including sequencing platforms, data providers, and dialersEnsure compliance with outbound regulations and best practicesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and lead a team of offshore SDRs and supporting resourcesProvide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management through 1:1s and call reviewsEstablish clear KPIs focused on quality, conversion, and pipeline contributionBuild repeatable onboarding and training programs to support long-term scalabilityFoster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culturePerformance Management & ReportingOwn outbound pipeline generation and performance metricsAnalyze results and provide insights to leadership to improve strategy and executionForecast team capacity, ramp timelines, and expected pipeline contributionContinuously optimize outbound efforts based on performance data and market feedbackQualifications: Proven experience building and leading an outbound or SDR function from the ground up2+ years of B2B sales development or outbound leadership experienceExperience managing offshore or distributed teams is strongly preferredStrong understanding of modern outbound strategies and multi-channel prospectingTrack record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and sales targetsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisionsExcellent communication and leadership skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-drivenTechnical Experience: CRM systems such as HubSpotSales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or ApolloData and enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or ClearbitDialers and call intelligence tools such as Aircall, Dialpad, Gong, or ChorusLinkedIn Sales NavigatorSalary & Benefits: Base salary: $85,000 – $115,000 with performance-based growthFully remote work environment with PST working hoursFlexible PTO to support work-life balanceMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k) planMobile phone reimbursementWork-from-home technology packagePowered by JazzHR
