We are known for our technical expertise, quality, and industry-leading turnaround times.Position Overview: We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by delivering consultative, solutions-based sales within an assigned territory. This role combines technical knowledge with strategic sales execution to support customers in highly regulated and precision-driven industries. The ideal candidate can translate complex calibration requirements into tailored service solutions while building long-term client partnerships.Responsibilities:Own and grow regional territory, meeting or exceeding revenue targets through new business and account expansionEngage in consultative selling based on technical requirements, applications, and compliance standardsDevelop and execute territory strategies targeting high-value clients across assigned industriesIdentify, qualify, and close new business through proactive prospecting and outreachConduct client visits to assess equipment, calibration needs, and service requirementsPartner with technical teams to develop customized calibration solutions and proposalsPrepare and present technical proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts to close businessAct as liaison between customers and laboratory teams to ensure technical alignmentMaintain and grow sales pipeline using CRM tools with accurate forecasting and reportingStay current on industry standards, regulations, and competitive positioningDrive retention by identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborate with operations, customer service, and leadership on execution and client experienceTravel 30%–60% for client visits, site assessments, and business development activitiesRequirements and Skills:At least 5-8 years proven experience in technical sales, outside sales, or account managementStrong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales methodologiesAbility to interpret technical requirements, specifications, and compliance standardsExperience in regulated industries (aerospace, defense, medical, manufacturing) preferredStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goalsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailSelf-motivated with ability to manage a regional territory independentlyExperience with CRM systems and pipeline management toolsValid driver’s license and ability to travel consistently within regionBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferredBenefits: MQC offers comprehensive benefits includingBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k) w/ 4% match; paid vacation.Incentives & Recognition: Referral bonuses, birthday perks, team appreciationWorkplace Culture: Daily coffee, Friday donuts, monthly lunches, holiday events, team outings.We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerMQC is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
