Front of House Staff

Overview Springs Tavern & Grill is seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartenders and Servers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about guest service and capable of delivering a high-level dining and bar experience. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Mix ingredients to create classic and signature cocktails Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements Maintain and restock bar inventory, supplies, and garnishes Deliver attentive, guest-focused service to ensure an exceptional experience Follow all food safety and beverage regulations Prepare and batch cocktails as needed for service efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service  Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Server Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, garnishing, and presentation Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Ability to stay organized, clean, and efficient under pressure Food Handler’s Certification is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within the company High-volume, dynamic workplace in a premier Hamptons location More detail about Parioli Hospitality, please visit
