Back of House Seasonal Immediate Hiring - 0l Buco al Mare, Hamptons, NY Il Buco Restaurant Group is seeking dedicated and skilled Prep Cooks and Dishwashers for Il Buco al Mare , our Hamptons restaurant , for the Summer 2026 season . This is a seasonal position , expected to start ASAP and run through October 2026. We are looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment , are reliable, and are committed to delivering excellence in the kitchen. Positions Available 1. Prep Cook Pay: $18–$20/hour (depending on experience)Requirements: Culinary and knife skills: Ability to chop, slice, dice, and portion ingredients accurately and efficiently Food preparation: Experience with prep work including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and garnishes Food safety and sanitation: Knowledge of safe food handling, storage, temperature control, and Department of Health regulations Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a clean and orderly workstation Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to handle multiple prep tasks simultaneously Testing: Must demonstrate skills via a prep and food knowledge test Resume required Reference checks required Pay: $18–$19/hour (depending on experience)Requirements: Experience in a busy restaurant dishwashing environment Ability to work quickly and maintain cleanliness and organization Dishwasher experience will be tested Team-oriented and dependable Reference checks required Key Details: Seasonal, Summer 2026 (start immediately and work until October, depending on business needs)Flexible Schedule: Available AM, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Immediate hiring – apply today!
