CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDLocation: Fort Belvoir, VAMinimum Qualifications:4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of:Data governanceData architectureData warehousingData quality managementMetadata managementData operations managementData discovery4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or disseminationDemonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activitiesDemonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex conceptsDemonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasksEducation:* Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or universityOR* Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineOR* High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineCertifications / Clearance:* Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance* Ability to obtain CI polygraphAdditional Requirement:* Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOMSpecial Qualifications / Duties:Supports data governance and policy management across intelligence systemsOversees data architecture, quality, metadata, and lifecycle management processesCoordinates with stakeholders to ensure compliance with data standards and policiesDevelops and maintains SOPs and documentation related to data stewardshipProduces reports and briefings to communicate data governance efforts and outcomesFacilitates coordination of data requirements and information sharing across teamsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementCFDay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
