Part-Time Administrative ClerkRDL USA is seeking a part-time Administrative Clerk to join our international public accounting firm in our Houston, TX office. This team member will provide support to senior management and staff of the Houston team. We are looking for someone who is a positive, self-motivated, professional individual with superior organizational skills, the ability to work within deadlines, and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. The position requires acute attention to detail to ensure a high level of professional standards within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Workplace and Schedule: This is an on-site Administrative position; however, the hours per week can fluctuate. The ideal candidate will work fewer hours earlier in the month and more hours at the end of the month. An example monthly schedule is outlined below, and can be discussed further in initial screenings for qualified candidates:Week 1: 5 hoursWeek 2: 5 hoursWeek 3: 30 hoursWeek 4: 30 hoursEssential duties include (but are not limited to):Prepare and mail client invoices monthlyMaintain billing files and answer invoice-related inquiries by clientsMaintain electronic and paper filing systemPrepare certified mail and scanning of all documentsOversee and maintain the inventory of office and kitchen suppliesPlace orders for any breakfast or lunch needs for the officeDesired Skills and Experience:High-level expertise in MS Word & Outlook and PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of Excel and AdobeAssociate's degree and/or at least 2+ years of administrative assistant experience or equivalentExcellent oral and written communication skills, including letter/memo/email correspondenceAbility to understand challenges facing partners and staff members, and be able to manage/reschedule priorities effectivelyDemonstrated high-level client-service orientation and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretionExperience in a Public Accounting or Law Firm environment is preferred, but not a requirementWhy RDL?We keep our employees current by supplying cutting-edge technology and access to learning opportunitiesWe invest in the growth of our team members through regular feedback sessionsWe recharge as a team by celebrating deadlines and gathering at organized firm eventsWe applaud the achievement of both career and personal milestones for individual team members on a firm-wide basisWhat makes the culture at RDL USA unique?
