Project Manager

Job OverviewThis Project Manager IV will support Urology (Project Guardian) by leading sustaining projects across cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical. This individual will own the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery, while managing a portfolio of initiatives aligned to business priorities and resource needs. Projects will vary in scope and may include quality and regulatory efforts, supplier or material changes, product extensions, and design enhancements, all of which have high visibility across the organization. This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite in either Minnetonka, MN or Marlborough, MA.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or Project Management preferred)4 to 5+ years of project management experienceExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completionStrong project planning experience, scope, schedule, and budget managementBackground in medical device industryExperience with Microsoft ProjectStrong communication skills, able to present across all levelsSelf-starter with strong leadership and collaboration skillsExperience working in or familiarity with BSC Quality Management System (highly preferred / effectively required)Must be local to Minnetonka, MN or Marlborough, MAPreferred QualificationsPMP certificationExperience working on quality and regulatory-driven projectsExperience with product enhancements, supplier changes, or value improvement initiativesExperience working on global or internationally coordinated teamsWillingness to travel up to 15%
