Works cross-functionally and globally to deliver projects aligned to business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional project teams (R&D, QA, Regulatory, Ops, Marketing)Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resourcesDrive project planning, execution, and reportingSupport quality/regulatory-driven initiatives and product updatesCommunicate with senior leadership and stakeholdersMaintain project documentation (risk logs, metrics, status updates)Support portfolio planning (AOP) and resource allocationMust-Have SkillsProject management of cross-functional teamsExperience managing scope, timeline, and budgetStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple concurrent projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or related)4–5+ years of project management experienceComfortable presenting to all organizational levelsPreferredMedical device industry experiencePMP certificationMS Project, MS OfficeWillingness to travel (~15%)
