Environment, Health and Safety Manager [AA-14771]

A growing industrial manufacturer is looking for an EHS Manager to lead the EHS function from a large site in Plymouth, MN. This person would be responsible for driving safety performance at this facility as well as a Distribution Center in Minnesota and a small facility in Colorado - ensuring a commitment towards safety excellence across all operational teams. The Role:Promote a proactive EHS culture across the three facilities, with a heavy focus on employee engagementSupervise adherence to EHS core values for site operations, oversee the site’s EHS systems, and drive ongoing improvements in EHS practicesTrack safety documentation and adherence to regulations; perform regular inspections.Supports company interface with regulatory authorities for regulatory visits, requests and submissions for the region.The Candidate: A minimum 5 years of hands-on EHS experience working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environmentBachelor Degree in any discipline (preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skills
