This role focuses on conducting admissions, initiating plans of care, and delivering high-quality hospice and palliative services that promote dignity, comfort, and peace during end-of-life care.The ideal candidate is clinically strong, empathetic, highly organized, and comfortable leading meaningful conversations with patients and families during critical moments.
