As a runner, you will support the service team by ensuring that high quality food is served to guests accurately, while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house areas. Your role is essential in creating a positive dining experience by assisting clearing and resetting tables to company standards, handling guest requests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesPrepare the service window area for efficient serviceGarnish dishes as specified to enhance presentation and appealEnsure ticket accuracy and uphold quality control standardsCommunicate any quality issues to the chef or manager promptlyDeliver food to tables accurately and with silent serviceProvide detailed information about food to guests upon deliveryPre-bus tables to maintain a clean dining environmentAssist with general guest requests to enhance their dining experienceCollaborate with team to address guest needs; escalate concerns to management as necessaryMaintain a clean and organized station, thoroughly cleaning at the end of each shiftAdhere to all health and safety regulationThank guests for their visit and invite them to return, using authentic Turkish phrasesRoll silverware and set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large partiesStock service areas with supplies such as condiments, food, tableware, paper goods, and linensPack and prepare to-go ordersInform manager on duty of any guest issues or concernsMaintain running side workBenefitsHealth Insurance optionsDental Insurance optionVision Insurance option401k with company matchingPaid time off programEmployee dining discountsRequirementsAt least one year of work experience in a similar role is highly preferredStanding and walking up to eight hours continuouslyLifting up to 50lbs alone, and up to 80lbs as a teamSalary Description
