Overview GameStrong Performance Psychology Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in Texas to sell the GameStrong Experience to youth baseball clubs. GameStrong is an end-to-end performance psychology training solution that helps athletes strengthen their mental game by building confidence, managing stress, and establishing resiliency through interactive skill building experiences. Initially GameStrong is rolling out and scaling to youth athletes in baseball and softball and will be followed by several additional sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and hockey. While the application of GameStrong into these six sports is the initial focus there is significant opportunity to expand into additional sports, activities, and other adjacencies. We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative who knows the club baseball scene in Texas and can build strong relationships with directors, coaches, and program administrators. Your mission is to sell the GameStrong performance psychology experience into youth baseball clubs, grow regional adoption, and support clubs in delivering high-quality mental performance programming. This role is ideal for someone with club baseball experience (e.g., former club director, operations staff, coach, or event organizer) who also has sales experience and is comfortable owning a territory, prospecting, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities Prospecting & Pipeline Development ·      Identify and prioritize youth baseball clubs, organizations, and facilities across Texas·      Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, warm introductions, events, and industry networking. Consultative Sales & Account Growth ·      Lead discovery meetings to understand each club’s player development goals and current programming.·      Deliver compelling demos/presentations of GameStrong’s Performance Psychology experience tailored to club needs.·      Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close new club partnerships.·      Land-and-expand within clubs via multi-team rollout, seasonal renewals, and add-on offerings. Relationship Management ·      Cultivate trusted relationships with club owners, directors, coaches, and leaders.·      Serve as a knowledgeable partner on integrating mental skills training alongside skill development and strength/conditioning. Territory Ownership ·      Own monthly/quarterly targets for new sales, renewals, and revenue.·      Track activity, deal stages, and forecasts in CRM; report insights and territory performance.·      Represent GameStrong at showcases, tournaments, and regional events. Cross-Functional Collaboration ·      Partner with Program Delivery to ensure smooth onboarding and a great club experience.·      Provide feedback to Product on messaging that resonates with clubs in the Mid-Atlantic.·      Share market intel (competitors, pricing pressures, seasonal buying cycles). Qualifications Must Have ·      Direct experience with club baseball in Texas (e.g., director/ops, coach, general mgmt., recruiting/events, facility management)·      Strong understanding of club structures, decision-makers, and seasonal rhythms.·      1–3+ years of sales experience (inside/outside, account executive, or business development), preferably in sports, education, or services.·      Demonstrated ability to prospect, run a consultative sales process, and close multi-stakeholder deals.·      Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading conversations with club owners and coaches.·      Willingness to travel across the region, including evenings/weekends during peak event seasons. Nice To Have ·      Existing network and relationships with Texas club directors, tournament operators, or training facilities.·      Experience selling programs or curricula into youth sports organizations.·      Familiarity with performance psychology, sports psychology, or mental skills training.·      CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management. Key Outcomes (First 6-12 Months) ·      Build a qualified pipeline across Texas and hit monthly meeting and demo targets.·      Close initial cohort of clubs and support seamless onboarding.·      Achieve or exceed quarterly net-new revenue goals.·      Establish GameStrong’s presence by attending regional events and forming strategic partnerships.·      Create repeatable territory playbooks (ideal customer profiles, messaging, event calendar, referral pathways).
