Title: Freelance Quality Control IIndustry: ManufacturingLocation: Piscataway, NJDuration: 6 months (potential extension)ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and tests on finished goods and/or components according to established procedures and specifications.Maintain accurate and complete records of all inspections, tests, and results, including entering data into databases and filing reports.Assist in the routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure compliance with required standards.Collect, label, and store samples according to established protocols while maintaining proper inventory and disposal practices.Communicate effectively with the QC team and other departments, reporting deviations or non-conformances promptly.RequirementsDetail oriented with experience in functional testing.Experience with calibration tools and practices.Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Ability to safely handle laboratory equipment and materials.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.ref_id: 2e103841-8b13-497e-98a4-225731e34bfb
