Job DescriptionPosition Overview: Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmaceutical, pharmacology Chemistry or related fields with good academic credentials. Ability to understand, analyze the data possibly using software tools like word, PowerPoint, excel etc. Course in analytical chemistry, instrumentation, spectroscopy chromatography or similar subjects and basic understanding of laboratory equipment.Key Responsibilities: The interns will provide support to laboratory activity to the Quality Control (QC) group, mainly helping in laboratory consolidation for Branchburg QC into Piscataway QC (80%). The interns will be assisting with activities such as the column inventory and arrangement, Chemical inventory, document storage and archival etc. The interns will also contribute to special projects initiated by the QC and QCTS management team (20%).Qualifications: Science or Pharmaceuticals Major, Analytical chemistry or similar fieldsWhat You'll Gain: This role offers exposure understating of overall Quality control lab operations, analytical testing, method verification and validation activity, USP general chapter including the management of laboratory functions such as sample handling, reference standards, chemicals and metrology function. Additionally, the interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or GED—Required Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—RequiredAdditional Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026.)To be considered, candidates must meet all the above criteria. The rates are fixed based on the years of undergraduate/graduate schooling completed as of the start of the program.
