Procurement Specialist

Were seeking a detail-orientedProcurement Specialistto support plant operations by driving effective sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, at the right cost, and to required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Issue RFQs and evaluate supplier quotes to determine best value (cost, quality, delivery). Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to meet operational goals. Create and manage purchase orders to support production and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate PO data, including pricing, coding, and delivery commitments. Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, etc.) to address procurement issues. Support supplier onboarding and new item setup. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements. Qualifications Bachelors degree required. Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available). Ability to access export-controlled information as required.
