QMS & ComplianceSupport and maintain the site QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 (and applicable 14001/45001 requirements). Maintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, and controlled documents. Participate in internal audits; identify gaps and drive corrective action closureSupport external audits (customer, corporate, certification body). Corrective Action & Problem Solving. Lead structured root cause investigations (8 D, 5-Why, Fishbone, A 3). Drive containment, corrective, and preventive actions for internal and customer nonconformances. Verify effectiveness of implemented actions. Track and report status of corrective actions. Process Monitoring & Analysis. Establish and maintain control charts on key process characteristics. Differentiate common-cause vs. special-cause variation and apply appropriate response. Monitor process capability (Cp/ Cpk) and drive improvement where needed.
