This role supports daily production by performing in-process and final inspections, documenting results, identifying nonconforming products, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesWork cell set-up with proper work instructions, quality documents, and product labels.Inspect molded parts for defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, and burns.Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections per control plans and work instructionsUse inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, Go/No-go fixtures, and visual standardsConduct basic functional and fit checks as requiredRecord inspection results accurately on inspection sheetsCommunicate defects and trends to operators, process technicians, and supervisorsAssist with corrective action documentation when requiredFollow all safety policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized inspection areaProperly handle and store inspected materialsPerform other related duties and assignments as requiredJob RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent Good reading and writing skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Frequent walking/standingWork is performed in an industrial production settingWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
