The positionis a customer-facing, dynamic role in the Marketing department. This position will report to the Brand & Experience Manager, while also working alongside other departments that utilize the showrooms. There are two ownership facets of this role, 1-ensure an exceptional customer showroom experience, and 2- create excitement through marketing and content activities through the promotion of products, materials, finishes, and event activities for our Fulton Market Design & Experience center.In This Role, You Will…Be the “face of the showroom” by owning, planning and the execution of the overall customer experienceOperate as the point of contact for internal and external customers regarding sales events, scheduling and trainingLead tours of the building, showroom space and effectively communicate the Fellowes Contract Interiors brandCreatively plan and oversee all aspects and host small to large showroom events that embody hospitality and foster relationship building – includes catering, showroom cleanliness, and ensure technology services are always operationalPropose new event concepts while building relationships with associations, vendors and area restaurantsStrategize and deliver/generate content for marketing purposes as it relates to the showroom and the digital design experiencePresent digital design sessions using Portray, Fellowes proprietary software, in-person and to remote attendeesCollaborate with Branding/Creative Manager to ensure a high brand experience and deliverables for our showrooms and customersInventory, organize and maintain marketing collateral, samples, material finishes and SWAG for customersCoordinate and manage all facility services for the showroomsProvide administrative activities/KPIs/analysis of customer visits and space usage and feedback via a quarterly reportMaintain inventory of Materials and Finishes in all showrooms and fulfillment centerAssist with showroom and marketing functions as necessaryWhat You Bring To The TeamA minimum of 3 years of showroom, interior design or graphic design, and/or marketing coordination experienceA Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a design related filed, marketing or equivalent work experienceA willingness to work a flexible work schedule to meet various demands of company and customer eventsA love for social events and an enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing presenceHigh attention to detail and organizational and time management skillsThe ability to work independently at timesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple projects and prioritiesA willingness to travel to other company showroomsFellowes Brands - A Family Business Since 1917 For over a century, Fellowes has been committed to positively impacting people through our culture, relationships and solutions.
