Job Description West Palm Beach CPA firm is seeking an exceptional Office Manager. This position is integral to the daily operations of our accounting office to ensure it runs efficiently. The responsibilities of the Office Manager include client contact, administrative tasks, work flow management and working directly with the managing partner.Must have prior administrative experience in a professional office setting and be a self starter. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Professional appearance and demeanor, ability to work on multiple priorities within time deadlines and positive attitude are required.Some limited overtime is required during tax season.
