Financial AnalystLocation: Juno Beach, FLDuration: 12 MonthsPay Range: $20-24/hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking an Associate-Level Financial Analyst to support end-to-end financial and administrative operations across multiple renewable energy technologies, including wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).This role is a 50/50 blend of administrative and financial responsibilities and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel capabilities. The analyst will support large-scale budgeting, invoice processing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for projects.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize financial and operational recordsBuild and maintain Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tablesTrack separate financials for solar, wind, and BESS projectsPerform data retrieval, tracking, and compilation activitiesSupport financial reporting, including:Budget trackingVariance analysisCost trackingMonth-end close processesEnsure all financial transactions comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirementsAssist with limited accounts payable functionsSupport inventory-related activities and performance indicator trackingComplete additional administrative or financial duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required2–5 years of relevant experience in administrative, clerical, or financial support functions preferredPrior supervisory experience preferred, where applicableStrong Excel skills required, including formulas, pivot tables, and large data managementExperience with budgeting, reporting, or cost tracking preferredStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to manage confidential financial information accurately and efficiently...
