Account Supervisor

You’ll partner closely with internal teams to deliver smart, integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable results and keep clients coming back for more.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust, insight and resultsLead development of strategic marketing plans, budgets and campaign direction to achieve client business goalsCollaborate with creative, digital and media teams to ensure all work delivers strategically sound, on-brand and on-time resultsManage day-to-day project workflow, timelines and approvals through a project management system, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teamsProvide proactive, strategic guidance to clients that drives growth and reinforces Brandner’s role as a trusted partnerAnticipate client needs and identify opportunities for new initiatives and revenue growthMentor and guide Account Executives and Coordinators, fostering collaboration, ownership and professional growthTrack budgets, monitor billable integrity and ensure account profitabilityPresent plans, creative work and performance results clearly and confidently to clients and internal leadershipRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field5+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environmentProven strength in strategic thinking and client relationship developmentExcellent communication, presentation and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple clients, deadlines and priorities with confidence and composureExperience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, influencer, PR, print, video, events and technologyFinancial acumen and comfort managing budgets and scopes of workCollaborative team player with a passion for smart, creative solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office and a project management system
