Job TitleArcher Western Construction, LLC., a member of The Walsh Group is currently seeking a Common Laborer for the Water Mountain West Region/Mesquite Rd & 29th Pl. Improvement Project in Gilbert, AZ.The Common Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor on construction jobsites including commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects; may operate hand and/or power tools as needed; may prepare site and assist with other duties as assigned.Join the team that is building the infrastructure where you work and live!ResponsibilitiesAbility to perform tasks including physical labor as instructed by supervisorAbility to work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills, hammers, and other tools as directed by managementClean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenchesLoad and unload construction supplies around the worksite manually and with the use of equipmentQualifications1 Years Verifiable Experience PreferredRequires ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladderMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditionsRequires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properlyPossess a strong work ethic and desire to learnRequires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periodsMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screeningThe Walsh Group, Ltd.
