Primary Care Physician Jacksonville, FL COMPENSATION: Salary $260K+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k Our client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. Role: Compensation: Base $250k Bonus: Up to 20k year 1 and goes up as a partner.
