Budget Coordinator
Job Title: Budget Coordinator Location: East Hanover, NJ 07936 Duration: 8+ Months (Possible Extension) Pay Rate: $35.36/hr. on W2 Overview:Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting high-growth brands? Join the exciting world of Client Brands, including Perfect Snacks and Hu, as a Budget Coordinator for the Commercial teams!In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of Marketing & Sales (A&C) budgets for our innovative ventures. As our brands continue to grow and adapt, you'll be instrumental in supporting our commercial teams by streamlining financial operations and fostering effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Overall Management of Budgets:Responsible for overall management and reporting of Equity, Innovation, E-commerce, Insights and Commercial budgets.Key point person for daily/ongoing questions on budget.Responsible for BVA process at Month-End, inclusive of accrual inputs, budget reconciliations, and coordination of LE/rephasing amongst team.Responsible for updating S&OP A&C forecast file following month end and communicating to Equity Director.Support annual planning & JF/SF rephasing by proactively communicating milestones and deliverables to key stakeholders, facilitating timely task completion. Manage New Vendor Process:Lead New vendor process with vendor.Troubleshooting any process issues. Manage PO Creation/Delivery to Vendor:Open new PO.Send PO to vendor.Support Client through troubleshooting. Escalate Budget Issues and Lead Resolution:Identify budget issues and escalate.High collaboration with our Accounting Team & Genpac.Support resolution of budget issues based on inputs from Marketing, Market Lead, and Finance. Support Ventures Business in Building Capability:On-boarding new team members.Build simple demos/training videos for newcomers. Minimum Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance/budgeting.Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity.Analytic and critical thinking skills.Solid business acumen.Solid communication skills.
