Our LTC/SNF provides a supportive and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate RN to join our team.Required Skills:Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota1+ year of experience in LTC/SNF or related fieldStrong assessment and critical thinking skillsAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teamsCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient careNice to Have Skills:Experience with gerontological nursing principlesKnowledge of medical-surgical nursingBLS certificationFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred2+ years of experience in LTC/SNF or related fieldOther Requirements:Travel requirements: up to 13 weeks, with varying shifts (3x12's nights)Local pay rate: $34/hour, with opportunities for overtimeTravel pay rates: $23/hour, $40/hour, and $1200/weekBe part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of seniors.
