As a Registered Nurse in our Long-Term Care/Senior Living facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Our LTC/SNF provides a supportive and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate RN to join our team. Required Skills: Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota 1+ year of experience in LTC/SNF or related field Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Nice to Have Skills: Experience with gerontological nursing principles Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing BLS certification Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred 2+ years of experience in LTC/SNF or related field Other Requirements: Travel requirements: up to 13 weeks, with varying shifts (3x12's nights) Local pay rate: $34/hour, with opportunities for overtime Travel pay rates: $23/hour, $40/hour, and $1200/week Be part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of seniors.
