Without you, we would not be able to fulfill our purpose! You pass medications as prescribed by the physician. You provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.You take great care to observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior that you find when caring for your residents.
