We are seeking a dependable and motivated Certified Medication Aide to join our healthcare team.Job Summary:As a Certified Medication Aide at New Hope Manor, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Accurately prepare, administer, and observe residents for reaction or side effects and document medications as prescribed.Take and record vital signsCount and sign medication administration record for controlled drugs.Observe all residents and report anything unusual or abnormal to Charge Nurse.
