This role will drive customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and lifetime value through data-driven segmentation, personalized journeys, and strategic experimentation.This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a balance of lifecycle planning, campaign execution, analytics, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & LifecycleOwn end-to-end lifecycle revenue growth across email, sms, and loyalty, accountable for delivering year-over-year retention and LTV targetsDevelop and execute end-to-end lifecycle strategies across Email and SMS, including onboarding, post-purchase, replenishment, and reactivationOwn and manage the CRM campaign calendar aligned with launches, promotions, and brand prioritiesDefine segmentation and personalization frameworks that drive retention, repeat purchase rate, and CLV growthOwn campaign execution and automation architecture, including workflows, trigger logic, cadence, and QA governanceTroubleshoot audience, logic, and data-related issuesCustomer Insights, Engagement + RetentionDevelop and optimize engagement levers including loyalty, incentives, referral initiatives, and value-based rewardsSupport new customer acquisition and lead monetization strategiesLeverage behavioral, transactional, and loyalty data to build actionable segmentsLead churn and cohort analysis to identify revenue risks and architect proactive retention strategiesTranslate behavioral and transactional data into personalized lifecycle strategies and revenue-driving initiativesReporting & Performance OptimizationOwn CRM and loyalty performance reportingMonitor KPIs including engagement, CTR, CVR, repeat purchase rate, and LTVTranslate results into actionable insights and optimization strategiesLead A/B and multivariate testing across messaging, creative, cadence, and offersCRM Infrastructure & Database HealthMaintain ownership of CRM tech stack performanceEnsure list hygiene, deliverability, and database healthMonitor compliance with privacy and communication regulationsEvaluate new tools, features, and CRM capabilitiesSupport vendor and budget oversightKORRES Circle Loyalty ProgramOwn the strategy and evolution of the KORRES Circle loyalty program, building experiences that reflect our Greek heritage and science-led lab expertiseManage daily loyalty program performance, including member acquisition, engagement, redemption behavior, and churnDevelop loyalty campaigns, rewards, and experiences aligned with the broader marketing calendarAnalyze loyalty performance alongside product and margin data to drive LTV, profitable growth, and repeat purchaseConnect with the development team for loyalty platform updates, features, and optimizationsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Creative, E-Commerce, Brand, and Analytics teamsAlign CRM initiatives with broader GTM strategiesCollaborate with external partners and agencies as neededPresent performance insights and strategic recommendationsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention MarketingHands-on proficiency with Attentive, Klaviyo, Wunderkind, and Shopify PlusFamiliarity with Triple Whale or similar analytics platformsFamiliarity with SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong analytical mindset with experience owning revenue goals and interpreting campaign dataPreferredAbility to balance strategy, execution, and analyticsExcellent project management and prioritization skillsDetail-oriented with strong QA disciplineData-driven decision makerStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsRole DetailsSalary: $130K-$140KRole type: Full-timeWork model: Hybrid (3 days/week in NYC office T-TH)Level: Senior ManagerLocation: NYCTravel: Limited, occasional
