The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable Java applications, modern web technologies, REST APIs, cloud fundamentals, and event-driven architectures. This position requires working 100% onsite in Omaha, NE and collaborating with both onsite and offshore development teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and support enterprise Java full-stack applications.Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Build responsive user interfaces using Angular.Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka.Collaborate with onsite and offshore development teams.Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring high-quality deliverables.Follow Agile development practices and contribute throughout the SDLC.Deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready software with minimal defects.Required QualificationsStrong expertise in Core Java/J2EE fundamentals.Experience with at least two of the following frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSF, StrutsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working with Oracle databases.Ability to lead and collaborate with offshore development teams.Passion for delivering high-quality, first-time-right solutions.
