Key Responsibilities
Provide support for technical issues related to CardWizard Solutions on customer server hardware and Windows environments
Respond to support inquiries from customers and internal teams using various communication methods
Resolve escalated customer issues and assist with end-user installations and configurations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an IT environment
Experience with general networking technologies and Windows Server environments
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings for a trusted role
