This role will align with our core pillars: Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Cost, and Schedule. The NCM will provide support to our Operations and Regional Project Managers to ensure proper staffing, execution and compliance with all SOP's and safety protocols.What We Offer:Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, and discretionary PTO policy.Opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organization with a promising future.Support and mentorship from seasoned leadersPositive and enriching team culture that values and recognizes outstanding work.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing national operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellenceCoach and mentor team members through structured training, performance management, and career development initiativesBuild and sustain a disciplined, results-driven environment with a strong emphasis on ownership and continuous improvementPartner with executive leadership to define and execute strategic business objectivesPromote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy culture that attracts and retains top talentJob Scheduling & CoordinationDrive accountability across operational leadership for accurate and timely project scheduling.Ensure any delays are proactively reported and documentedUtilize tools such as Procore and EasyBuild to maintain transparency, accountability, and performance trackingSafety Protocols & Field AssessmentsEnsure that all operations leaders are completing regulatory safety meetings, prompt documentation and consistently adhere to all OSHA required safety protocols on job sitesDrive consistency in routine site visits across all operations leadersVerify that all standards are being met regarding cleanliness, safety, security and overall job site organizationSubcontractor Responsibilities and Performance OversightServe as the 2nd to last point of contact in oversight of subcontractor responsibilities, performance and complianceAct as a liaison to resolve conflicts and maintain project continuityPreconstruction Strategy & ExecutionServe as a sounding board and provide key advice on high risk and high value preconstruction projects nationallyAct as a liaison to sales teams, providing strategic guidance and expertisePartner with Preconstruction Managers to provide support across all phases of projectsHealth, Safety & ComplianceLead and support national safety initiatives in alignment with OSHA standards and company policiesOversee safety planning during preconstruction, including logistics and risk identificationEnsure all teams maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsParticipate in safety committees and lead continuous improvement in safety performanceKey Selection Criteria:20+ years relevant construction experience in leading high performing teams10+ years experience in either multifamily construction, government construction, reconstruction work and/or custom residential/commercial work.Maintain an active General Contracting License in either (CA, CO, AZ, FL, or TN)Proven experience of managing logistics for multiple locations simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Flexibility to travel as needed.Ability to Relocate:Austin, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)Dallas, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)Denver, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)Please note: The successful candidate must have the right to work in the USA and be prepared to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check where required.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
