In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our GTM and Growth team to attract and convert high-quality leads. The role focuses on streamlining operations through aggressive experimentation and requires tracking metrics obsessively.Core Requirements:2 - 5 years of experience in demand-gen, growth or marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-driven companies.Previous startup experience is mandatory.Metrics-driven with clear examples of past experiments run.Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel with maximum efficiency.Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (Attio, Clay, etc.).Willingness to work long productive hours, including weekends.High agency and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
