In this position, you will manage system integrations across non-hospital divisions, collaborating with multiple data collection platforms to ensure workflows effectively support business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience following structured system development life cycle (SDLC) processes and working closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and develop systems that align program objectives with technology.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Development Life Cycle responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Obtain and document business requirements using interviews, use cases, and user stories.System Design & Documentation:Create and maintain artifacts such as business requirements documents, specifications, workflows, and dataflow diagrams. Maintain documentation and change logs as needed by BHDDH.Process Improvement:Work collaboratively with program staff to improve business workflows within the systems.Collaboration and Testing:Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into system specifications.System Support and TroubleshootingAnalyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.Enhance training and operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including participation in relevant advisory committees.Complete special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications and SkillsMaster's degree in public health, Computer Science, or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience may be considered.3–5 years business analyst experience.Healthcare system implementations experience, including standards such as HIPAA and PHI.Analytical skills for troubleshooting and finding efficiencies in complex systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management.Collaborative experience working across multidisciplinary teams.Contract DetailsEstimated length of contract is at least one year from start date. This is a HYBRID position and the candidate must be onsite 2–3 days per week. Annual compensation range is $79,000 – $84,000.J-18808-Ljbffr
