Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Intermediate Systems AnalystJob Location:: Providence RIPosition OverviewThe Intermediate Systems Analyst is responsible for system analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validations, data analysis, incident tracking, and coordination with state vendors and partner agencies. This role supports DHS program operations by translating business and policy requirements into functional system solutions, validating data quality, monitoring KPIs, and assisting with implementation and testing activities for integrated eligibility and case management systems.The analyst will work closely with DHS program teams, operations staff, vendors, and federal agencies to support application enhancements, issue resolution, reporting, and system improvements related to social service programs such as SNAP, RIW, CCAP, CCRU, LTSS, Medicaid, and related services.ExperienceRequired Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in:System analysisUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Business requirements gathering and documentationTechnical application development environmentsData analysis and SQL scriptingIncident management and issue resolutionTechnical Skills Strong experience with:SQL query development and data validationAutomated test script executionKPI validation and reportingBackend data repository analysisUse Case development and process flow modelingGap Analysis techniquesIntegrated Eligibility Systems (IES)Data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau preferred)
