AI Strategy Analyst
Akira Technologies is seeking an AI Strategy Analyst to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing AI solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD). In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deeply understand business needs, identify opportunities for AI integration, and design a comprehensive AI roadmap. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering impactful presentations and reports, as well as developing and implementing a strategic AI vision.
This is a hybrid role where ideal candidate is expected to do work onsite at the NAVAIR, Patuxent River, MD once or twice a month.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct research on AI use cases within and outside DoD.
Assess the current state of DoD AI maturity and readiness identify the gaps and challenges.
Develop and prioritize AI use cases and initiatives that align with strategic goals and objectives.
Create and communicate the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap and ensure alignment and buy-in from the key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the technical teams to define the AI requirements, specifications, and architecture.
Work with clients and stakeholders to write and implement and AI and data strategy
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the AI solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Job Qualifications
US Citizens only.
Experience in AI strategy, consulting, or project management.
Strong understanding of the AI landscape, technologies, applications, and challenges.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and other tools.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and clear language.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest developments and innovations in AI.
Secret security clearance or higher.
Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000
Akira’s pay range for this position considers various factors including skills, years of experience, training, licenses, certifications, alignment with market data, and internal equity in the organization.
