MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 remote.The ServiceNow Business Analyst will analyze and design optimized business processes while working closely with a ServiceNow Architect to identify ways to optimize efforts and ensure all business and design requirements are met.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToDesign business processes, capture technical requirements, and define user stories.Develop process flows and maintain required system documentationServing as a strategic liaison to the business owners and project stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of technical solutions.Support quality management initiatives to ensure all design specifications and business requirements are achieved.Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure platform reliability.Advance Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing guidance on proposed "to-be" architectures.Develop and implement test plans within the SDLC framework.Minimum Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in business analysis or process engineering.Experience in mapping and documenting current business processes (As-Is) and designing future states (To-Be) Minimum of one year of experience in ServiceNow platform delivery.Proven ability to analyze business requirements within a ServiceNow environment, capture technical specifications, and define actionable user stories, use cases, test plans, and scripts.Established track record of collaborating with project stakeholders and development teams to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions.Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green or Black Belt certification).ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Training in ServiceNow FundamentalsPrior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programsSecurity Clearance RequirementsUS citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret ClearancePhysical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
