This position involves supporting customers, internal staff, and partners throughout the implementation process, ensuring a seamless experience. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently present OneStream's value proposition and technology benefits.Key responsibilities include working closely with Lead and Junior staff through all phases of the implementation, from requirements and design to build, testing, and rollout.The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the OneStream platform, prior implementation experience, and core product training to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. Additionally, the role requires owning independent workstreams and delivering customer solutions with minimal supervision.We seek someone who can think on their feet, make quick, sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment!Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild extensible cubes & metadata, data sources, transformation rules, forms, journal templates, workflowsMigrate the various OS application (metadata, CV's, Dashboards, etc) and system (security, custom tables, etc) artifactsWrite certification questionsExhibit full proficiency in writing cube views, report books, dashboards, custom dashboards, quick viewsProduce initial drafts of all project documentation for reviewAssist in leading Requirements and Design meetingsRecommend potential solutions to senior team member(s)Write increasingly complex Business Rules (BR)Write basic seeding rules, custom transformation rules, CF rules, parser business rules, conditional business rules, cube view extender rules, dashboard extender rules, and extensibility rulesIdentify opportunities for expanding OneStream's business in existing clientsEngage in conversations with Sales to discuss implementation of a use case at current or prior customer (or employer)Assist in validating the requirements and designSupport troubleshooting and resolution of application issuesSupport, mentor, onboard junior team membersWork closely with customer on informal knowledge transferRespond to support requests for most basic and build tasksParticipate in Regional, North America, and Global practice callsPresent Lunch & Learn knowledge share sessionsRespond to Inquiries from OneStream Employees via OneCommunityCompile & distribute Weekly Status ReportsRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience5+ years of Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) software implementation experience2+ Years OneStream Experience software implementation experienceExperience with SQL and relational databasesExperience with VB.NET and/or C#.Proficiency with MS Office and data modeling skillsIn-depth knowledge of financial accounting processesStrong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research)Superior presentation skillsStrong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementationPrior Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.)Preferred Education and ExperienceMaster degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology)Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:SAP Outlooksoft BPC,SAP BOFC/BFC (Cartesis)HFM (Hyperion Financial Management),FDM (Financial Data Quality Management),Hyperion Planning,Hyperion EssbaseIBM CognosKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrate Consulting principles in daily work and follows processes consistentlyComfortable interacting with customers and speak intelligently about CPM vision and MarketPlace solutionsFinancial Skills (high-level understanding of financial concepts, intercompany eliminations, General Ledgers, debits, credits, etc.)Technical skills/background as it relates to softwareOutstanding MS Office skills, specifically with ExcelStrong critical thinking and analytical backgroundOrganization & prioritization skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to effectively operate independently or in a team environmentAbility to manage more senior project deliverables and complete multiple tasks on time with specific requirementsAbility to lead parts of design sessions and create drafts of project documentation, for review by project leadTravelTravel Requirement: Regular travel is a critical part of this role and a willingness to travel up to 80-100% of work time is required.Who We AreOneStream is how today's Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further by steering the business to the future.
