You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and representing our company in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach to real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, partners, and industry professionals to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term business collaborations.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing insights to improve our services and sales strategies.Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our title and closing services.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, to develop strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools and other software, contributing to the overall assessment of business development efforts.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills2+ years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the real estate or title industryAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of CRM software and sales processes
