The Sales Representative continuously sources new customers, helps customers find and design their dream home, and ensures a smooth sales process.Proactively generate new sales opportunities through consistent outbound activity.Maintain and expand a database of prospects and referral partners.Ensure cleanliness and presentation of model and spec homes at all times. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including sale, loan process, options, and construction. Provide buyers with walkthroughs and ongoing communication to ensure confidence and satisfaction during and after contract execution.Attend Sales meetings
