Amavida is recruiting for a hospitality focused Part-timeConcierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:Provide ongoing telephone coverage.Solve issues presented by Assisted Living residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of deliveryPrepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staffEnter dining orders for Assisted Living Resident to go order Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite productsMust demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills Status: Part-time; approximately 10-20 hours per week Rate of PayStarting a $17.00/hour based on experience If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!EEO Employer https://info.flclearinghouse.com
