Hardscape Installer/Stone Mason
Landscape Logic, a premier northern Michigan landscape company, is looking for a talented Hardscape Installer/Stone Mason to join our award winning and rapidly growing team.
This position serves a critical role in assisting the Project Managers with constructing all assigned projects. properties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build paver and natural stone patios, retaining and sitting walls, fire pits and fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and grill islands.
Decorative stone overlays - mud set/mortar joint patios, and walkways.
Thin veneer stone installation.
Demolition, excavation, trenching, grading, and drainage work.
Education and Experience:
Proficient in stone and brick veneer, and mortared flatwork.
Proficient in dry-stacked stone walls and edging.
Able to operate a variety of heavy equipment.
Proficient in using saws, grinders, and other relevant hand tools.
Able to read construction drawings.
Able to perform construction math and basic calculations.
Knowledge and experience of residential masonry construction required.
Detail oriented and quality work standards.
