The company was recognized as a 2025 Best Place to Work by the Las Vegas Review Journal.Position OverviewThe Account Manager, Sports Partnerships is a revenue-driving role focused on acquiring inventory, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding business within the sports and entertainment ecosystem.This individual will identify new opportunities, manage key relationships, participate in daily inventory buying, and represent the company at major industry events. The role requires a strong network, sales acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in daily inventory purchases and identify new business opportunitiesAcquire ticket inventory from sports rights holders with a focus on pricing and selection strategyBuild, manage, and grow relationships with leagues, venues, and key stakeholdersCollaborate with the Pricing Team to optimize sell-through and sales strategiesAchieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsMaintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM systemDevelop executive-level relationships with key decision-makersLeverage industry network to generate referrals and expand account baseRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesPartner with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer serviceProvide market insights to inform strategy, product development, and positioningAssist in creating proposals, presentations, and client-facing materialsEssential DutiesMeet or exceed daily activity metrics including calls and appointmentsConduct both in-person and virtual sales presentationsManage the onboarding process for new clientsMaintain and update CRM with leads, contacts, and deal progressQualify inbound opportunities and manage the full sales cycleExecute sales campaigns and training initiatives as directedDeliver a high level of customer service at all timesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferredMinimum one year of proven sales successExperience in primary or secondary ticket markets required, both preferredStrong existing network within sports and entertainment industry preferredExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to interact with executive-level stakeholdersStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism and discretionAdditional RequirementsWillingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as neededAdaptable, dependable, and team-oriented mindsetCompensation and BenefitsSalary range: $55,000 to $80,000 plus commissionFull-time, benefits-eligible positionCompetitive time-off and benefits packageHybrid role based in Las Vegas preferred, remote considered for the right candidateAdditional InformationApplications will be accepted until May 1, 2026.
