This role is pivotal in developing strategic sales initiatives, acquiring and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective contract negotiations and market analysis. The manager collaborates closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service departments to optimize customer retention and streamline event execution, with only minimal travel required. This position offers a clear pathway for advancement to a Director-level role.We currently have three venues in the Las Vegas Valley. One in the Arts District, on the Strip and in Henderson. We are opening three additional venues within 60 days in Henderson. We offer a range of cuisine from Pizza to Dry Aged Steak. We have space for 2 to 400 people and everything in between. xhqgsiq We need a strong Sales Manager to help us grow.Responsibilities* Develop and implement sales strategies to expand event bookings* Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate and social event clients* Coordinate event sales efforts with internal teams* Drive revenue growth through contract negotiation and client engagement* Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities* Oversee budgeting and sales reporting* Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer retention initiativesPreferred Qualifications* 2+ years experience in event sales* Proficiency in sales strategy and team leadership* Strong negotiation skills* Experience with CRM software and market research* Knowledge of budgeting, revenue analysis, and customer relationship management* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
