This role requires precision machining skills, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in tool room operations or machine shop work.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate precision machinery to fabricate, modify, and repair tools and equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsInspect finished tools and equipment to ensure they meet specificationsPerform regular maintenance on machining equipmentMaintain a clean and safe tool room environmentCollaborate with the production team to address tooling needs and issuesRequirementsExperience with precision machining equipment (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders)Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsAbility to lift and handle heavy parts and equipmentPrevious tool room or machine shop experience preferred
