JOB SUMMARY This position will be responsible for the leadership and direction of our District Sales Managers and Branch Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be passionate about living the Haun Values, driving market growth, serving existing customers, and developing a thriving salesforce that will be best in class now and in the future. This role will be an important voice in ensuring the company continues to align with the values and corporate strategy through their leadership and participation in the Executive and Leadership Team. This position will require frequent travel to Syracuse, NY.

A District Sales Management Team and Branch Sales Staff that embodies the Haun values and a thriving sales culture
Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and budget goals for branches, region, and corporate

An expertly trained and developed sales force
Ensures sales, process, strategy, and funnel execution within CRM
Branch and region are operationally efficient and effective at serving the customer
Requirements
KEY RHYTHMS
Drive increased sales, market share, new market development, and vertical market focus in the commercial/industrial space
Work with Sales Managers to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to serve our customers and grow our business
Set, drive accountability, and celebrate monthly/quarterly/annual goal achievement
Develop and steward the Branch sales forecast, pipeline, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, monitor sales activities, and ensure accountability
Effective utilization of Acumatica and CRM for monitoring, forecasting, and accountability
Ensure the Four Rs: right people/ right roles, recruiting, remediation (develop or remove low performers), top-performer retention
Support sales managers in decision-making: strategy, margin, operational issues, customer problem resolution, personnel, vendors, and others
Create and manage healthy partnerships with our industrial and commercial suppliers to ensure ideal pricing, strategic selling, operational responsiveness, and collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
Manage and coordinate price increase rollouts to all customers
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
Collaborate with the COO and Strategic Accounts and Specialty Markets Director to lead the Weekly Sales Managers Huddle and to further develop the sales organization
Monthly one-on-one accountability conversations with each District Sales Manager
Monthly visits to each region to connect with Sales Managers and Salespeople
Actively participate in the Executive Team and Monthly Leadership meetings for corporate review and strategic planning
Quarterly Company-Wide Sales Meetings
Oversee training and development of the sales force to ensure first-in-class technical and sales expertise
Create and coordinate with corporate functions and branch operations to improve processes and customer outcomes
RELATIONAL SCOPE
Direct Report to COO
Partner with the Strategic Accounts and Specialty Markets Sales Director
Partner with the Directors of Branch and Plant Operations to ensure excellent customer service
Partner with Department Directors & Managers (Plant, Finance, HR, Purchasing, Safety, etc)
Member of Executive Team
Member of Leadership Team
Direct Supervisor to the Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales Manager
Leader and model to the company
