Sales Manager
Established manufacturing company is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to grow and optimize a dealer network while leading a sales and customer service team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening partner relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities include:Set sales strategy and vision supporting company's growth plan and objectives Coach, guide and manage sales team and customer support staff Directly manage a portfolio of key accounts Analyze data, identifies trends and key opportunities, develops forecasting Manage and grow distributor network in the US and Canada Identify and research opportunities for new product introductionQualifications:Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience on a national level with at least 2 years of leadership experience Experience in manufacturing and/or working with a dealer network Bachelor's degree in business or related field Proven track record in creating sales strategy resulting in growth Collaborative and coaching leadership style Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to travel 25%-30%CR Fletcher is an Equal Employment Opportunity staffing partner and employer.
