Critical Care Locums Physician Needed Job

We have an opening for a Critical Care Physcian in Alaska! This is located about an hour North of Anchorage! Critical Care solely will work, but need to ensure provider is comfortable with Traumas, CCV, thoracic surgery, IABP, various ventilators & other lifesaving treatments. Confidence with CRRT a plus. This is a need for coverage of our 14 bed ICU for day time coverage. The hospitalist group currently provides coverage at night. The ideal scenario with be a provider offering 5-7consecutive shifts per month. We have a high acuity for a 74 bed hospital, we have CRRT, IABP, Variety of ventilator treatment options, bronchoscopy availability, and more. The team performs daily multidisciplinary care rounds in the unit, to include RT, Pharmacy, Nursing, and ICU Doc. We have an active surgical staff that refers patients to the service for collaboration on medical issues, Cardiology service, and provide care for many trauma patients.
