Coupa Consultant

Job Title: Coupa Consultant (Remote) Role Summary: Serve as a data expert and support resource, ensuring alignment between internal data standards and tools such as Coupa, Portfolio Portal, and ERP. Act as a Coupa resource with AIC implementation expertise. Key Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise on procurement data structure and taxonomy. Assist with validation of classifications, supplier normalization, and enrichment outputs. Expectations from this Role: Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and agile delivery models. Learn technology, business/system domain, and recommendations from the project/account. Contribute to ERP/CRM practice activities such as case studies, reusable assets, seminars, knowledge-sharing sessions, hackathons, etc. Identify problem patterns and improve technical design of applications/systems. Select appropriate technical options such as reuse, enhancement, or reconfiguration of components. Independently analyze, design, develop, and test functionalities. Develop technical documents including functional design and deployment documentation. Perform design reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest improvements. Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issue resolution. Manage production code/configuration fixes post-deployment. Independently manage client environments and installations. Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and performance resolution. Mentor juniors in client discussions, daily activities, and administration. Perform additional duties as assigned. Improve customer satisfaction via refactoring suggestions, business improvements, early sprint delivery, and stakeholder guidance. Self-learn and implement new ERP/CRM features where applicable. Set and track goals in NorthStar. Typical Performance Measures: Technical/domain certifications completed. Must Have Skills: 5 + Years of exp in Coupa 3 + Years of Exp in AIC implementation
