You'll be a highly trusted expert representing the voice of the customer quality to Korry. You’ll be part of a very efficient work team working fiscal month targets, solving problems that involve root cause analysis, AS9100 knowledge, or and statistical quality control. You’ll help ensure excellent engineering goes into every part that flies. Your insights will directly impact commercial flight safety, customer confidence, and our reputation in the aerospace industry.
Your Impact
Lead Through Influence: You’ll own the success of quality initiatives across our manufacturing operations by building consensus and inspiring teams to rally behind common goals. At Korry, your persuasion skills matter as much as your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure materials, equipment, processes, and products exceed rigorous aerospace quality standards
Leader of AS9100 section 8.7 Control of Nonconforming Material process knowledge
Spearhead root cause investigations and implement permanent solutions leading to repeatable & reliable manufacturing processes.
Champion quality from day one in new product introduction projects, ensuring airworthiness from concept to production.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to design and implement robust process controls
Use data to tell stories, identify trends, and drive action that improves safety and efficiency
Guarantee compliance with aerospace customer specifications and regulatory requirements (AS9100, DO-178, DO-254, AS9102)
Communicate directly with aerospace customers to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships
Manage What Matters Balance multiple high-priority aerospace programs simultaneously while maintaining the exceptional attention to detail our industry demands and delivering results that keep aircraft flying safely.
What You Bring
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (ABET-accredited engineering degree is a strong plus)
6+ years in highly regulated aerospace or defense manufacturing
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Strong track record in root cause analysis
Working knowledge of SPC, process capability, and inspection sampling methods critical to aerospace manufacturing
Experience with DO-178, DO-254, AS9100, and/or AS9102 standards

Salary Range :
Please note the typical hiring range is $ - $annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
